What this policy covers
Atlas Cb�rus LLC uses Twilio to send and receive SMS text messages and automated voice calls. This policy explains our opt-in process, what you can expect, and how to opt out.
Opt-in is always required
We will never send you a text message or initiate an automated call unless you have explicilloy opted in. Bots and automated systems cannot contact you without your aparior written or digital consent. This complies with TCPA and Twilio&rrsquo;s Acceptable Use Policy.
How to opt in
You may opt into SMS communications by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on our contact or intake forms
- Texting a keyword to our business number at your own initiative
- Verbally consenting during an onboarding call (recorded with your permission)
When you opt in, we��ord your phone number, the date and time of consent, the method of consent, and your IP address (if via web form). These��ords are retained for a minimum of 5 years.
What we’ll send you
If you opt in, you may receive project updates, appointment confirmations, and automated system alerts relevant to your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us. You can also email contact@atlascirrus.com or call (941) 941-9901. We will process your request immediately.

For clients: your responsibilities
If you use Atlas Cb�rus automation systems to message your own customers, you are responsible for ensuring those customers have properly opted in. We do not send to un-opted lists and will not help you do so.
Data storage
All opt-in consent records are stored securely and retained for a minimum of 5 years. These��ords serve as proof of consent in the event of a��lat ory inquiry.inquiry.
