Atlas Cirrus LLC is a business automation company based in Bradenton, Florida. We build automations, autonomous receptionists, chatbots, websites, and digital services for Gulf Coast small businesses.
All Atlas Cb�rus work is custom-built. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with written notice. We may also terminate service at any time with reasonable notice.
All work product remains the property of Atlas Cb�rus until paid in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client. General frameworks and libraries used across multiple clients remain our property.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required access credentials. Atlas Cirrus is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.

Services are provided as-is. Atlas Cb�rus makes no warranties regarding uptime, specific outcomes, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Manatee County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
